'The hotel really lives up to the name and expectations. Lovely lobby with smooth jazz and friendly staff. Big room with a terrific view of the swimming pool with the city skyline in the back. Amenities were great and so was parking. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!'

'I wasn’t expecting much after reading negative reviews about the Pinestone, but I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. While indeed dated and in need of remodeling, our suite was large and very comfortable. The two couches desperately needed replacement, but the rest of the furniture was fine, and the grounds were lovely. This resort needs some tlc to return to its former glory, and will be fantastic if that ever happens. '

'Wat een heerlijk hotel. Mooi en super schoon. Personeel is vriendelijk en de sfeer/uitstraling is erg ontspannen. Ontbijtbuffet is prima! Hotel ligt iets buiten Pembroke bij een bedrijventerrein. Hebben zelf dit hotel gebruikt voor een trip op de ottawa river. Absolute aanrader.....'

'We liked it very much! Warm welcoming and the location is beautiful. Very helpful staff in special marek who was really helpful and gave a very good recommendations about the area and food. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Room was renovated and had a balcony with a nice and quiet view on the mountains. Nice morning walk and nice breakfast as well. Thank you marek and staff! 'The staff was great and they were super accommodating to us coming by bicycle. Helped us figure out which cab companies were open so we could go out to see a movie. Hotel is older but the room was clean and comfortable! Not easily walkable to the downtown (about 3.5 km walk) but quiet area and close to Walmart etc. '
