'This is an old, tired hotel in need of renovation. Also the late shift staff is anything but helpful. For one, this hotel has no lift which is a pain if you arrive with heavy luggage, and the evening staff decides to give you a second floor room, and subsequently doesn't offer to help you carry the heavy luggage upstairs. Then, for a multiple night stay, the staff only activated my keys for one night and then blamed 'some technical failure'. They don't take responsibility, they offer no...

'Checked out a day early due to not feeling very safe. The place is very outdated. Coffee in the room was a year expired, breakfast is very basic. Lock on the room don't feel very secure. As a single female staying there I did not feel very safe.'
