'Not expecting much for the price but still was surprisingly underwhelmed for a studio style Wyndham property. The room comes with a full kitchen but came with no plates, no silverware, no paper towels etc so I couldn’t even heat leftovers without getting paper plates from the staff. The room chair was positioned in such a way that it blocked the entire far side of the bed so you would need to crawl over on that side. The coffee maker wasn’t plugged in and I had to crawl under the desk and untie...

'The parking lot is gated, which I appreciated. Felt safe parking there. Room was ok, floors need a good cleaning, but other than that it was fine. '

'I never complain about hotels, but this one was absolutely horrible. After finding cockroaches in the bathroom and room, which was terrible already, we couldn't check out on the day of our departure. The boxoffice was open at 12, while we had to leave at 09:30am. After calling and calling still no answer, even now hours later and after 12. We also got a smoking room while we don't smoke and it smeller horrendous. Would not go here if I were you.'

'I was very happy with the room and the interior of the hotel. The person who checked us in was SUPER friendly and pleasant. I cannot remember her name but she was wonderful. The only downside was there was loud music playing from outside the hotel until around 10:30pm. '

'I literally saw a big roach in the restroom as well as the AC conditioning was not working nor the TV the TV had white dots on it and the TV was very dim There was a very bad smell I was exchanged to a better room for no extra charge so I'm very grateful for that but very inconvenience for the first night. I was told to let the AC cool down the room, but it never did and I have to wait till the next day to get a new room'

'I did not feel safe in this place. There was an incident when I was there where somebody who was injured and bodily fluid was dispelled throughout the facility. The bathrooms were important condition. The bed was nice. The hallways had trash as well as the stairwells. The staff was very nice. The elevator was malfunctioning and only one of the elevators worked.'
