After finding cockroaches in the bathroom and room, which was terrible already, we couldn't check out on the day of our departure. The boxoffice was open at 12, while we had to leave at 09:30am. After calling and calling still no answer, even now hours later and after 12. We also got a smoking room while we don't smoke and it smeller horrendous. Would not go here if I were you.'
