'Our stay at this property was exceptional. The room exceeded our expectations, with a full kitchen, dishes and pans. The room also had a washer, dryer and laundry soap. When visiting this property you do not need to bring anything other than your clothing. The view was amazing and the location is in walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and American Village. We were very satisfied with this property.'

'This place was great! It was clean and well maintained and we were grateful it had free access to a washer and dryer! The check in process was smooth once we were helped out but definitely reach out if you are arriving prior to 3pm. We got there around 11am and there were no staff present at the front desk prior to 3pm. We waited outside for a bit but didn't communicate about our arrival time so I would suggest calling in prior or sending a message. Overall, it was a great stay!'

'施設全体は綺麗だが、ソファー、カーペット、クッションが臭かった。 特にカーペットが汚く、足が痒くなり、9箇所程度掻きむしってしまった。ダニなのか？確認はできなかった。 入室5日後、我慢できず撤去してもらった。 運営会社らしき対応は、とても良かった。 カーペットにあるソファーがオヤジ臭く綺麗好きの方はとても不満で毎日不愉快になった。ちなみに洗剤で拭いても臭いが染み込み、臭気はなくならず。 ウォシュレット(便座がずれている)がないのは確認不足で、乾燥機ではなく、浴室乾燥だったこともチェック不足だった。今までに利用したこのようなタイプの施設は、すべて揃っていたので驚いた。予約時、確認するべき点、私の確認不足ではある。 しかしながら、宿泊料金からしてウォシュレットが無いのは驚きだった。 偶然この部屋にあたってしまったと考えたが、清掃担当はマニュアル通りの掃除だけで、言われたところしかしてないと思う。 一室個人が貸すのではなく、運営会社が入っている施設は要確認が必要だと自信の反省があった。'

'Very pleasant stay. The room is big and clean, and we are on 5th floor which is just able to have sea view. The scenery is so good and enjoyable. The location of this hotel is also a plus as it is near the tourist area while it still keeps the tranquility.'
