'This small hotel is located next to the River Wyre and has some lovely rooms. I stayed 4 night with them at 75 pounds per night including breakfast. The room was very nice, with lovely large bed, view of the river and great shower. The room was recently re-done and has great wallpaper. 'The reception is beautiful. That’s about it for the place. We arrived. Had to wait over 20 minutes at reception for someone to turn up. In which time I went to find a different member of staff and ask if they knew what to do. In which they said “I don’t know that’s not my job not my problem” we then checked in finally. The receptionist told me I didn’t have to pay for parking (you do have to pay). We went into our room. Turned the shower on to get ready for the night. The bathroom door didn’t...
