'Great place to view the Lake and relax after business trips to Rochester. Cottage was large enough for work and play at the same time, so everyone was happy. Well stocked, everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Comfortable beds and furniture, space to spread out so everyone could relax. We looked at many properties in this area before setting on this cottage, we definitely made the right decision!'

'This is a lovely home in a great location however this host inflated their rental rate by fraudulently listing the property with these very important ENTIRELY FALSE amenities and features including: 1. There is no hot tub! 2. These is no jetted bathtub! 3. There is no outdoor grill! 4. The master balcony - shown as accessible and usable with furniture on it has been permanently locked and there is no furniture. 5. This property was rented to us as an “ENTIRE HOUSE” according to VRBO however...

'So our son gave this trip to his dad for Christmas. They planned a stay and fishing on Lake Ontario. They absolutely loved the place. The views were incredible! The communication with the owner was awesome.'

'This home was beautiful and clean and everything was just as pictured and described. We stayed here for a long weekend for our son’s graduation from RIT. It was a short drive to the college and to shopping, yet we felt like we were a world away at the lake. I would highly recommend this clean beautiful lake home.'

'The property was as described online. There are a lot stairs to climb; therefore, those with walking challenges may have a difficult time entering and leaving the property. The property is beautiful and perfectly located so as to get to anywhere in the city within 15+ minutes. We were very pleased!'

'Spent a couple days for RIT graduation. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate, but the house was nice. Fairly small, but nicely updated. Literally right on the water. Had all that we needed in the house. Maybe the only recommendation I would have is more actual glassware.'

'We were pleased to find that the house was well represented in the photos. The rooms are huge, and the views of the lake are amazing. The house is old but in good shape, cozy, and perfect for our family gathering. Our daughters and our grandchildren joined us and there was plenty of space and everyone enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable and we provided our own sheets and towels. We appreciated having use of the 2 kayaks and 2 bikes. The on-site staff was very helpful whenever we had questions....

'If you are traveling with pets this is the place to stay! Nice, fully fenced, small yard. The place was casual and comfortable for the two of us. Check in and out was a breeze. Had all the comforts of home. Would def stay again.'
