'Kind staff, great room, no complaints '

'The space is so cozy and so well designed. The hosts were kind and very quickly responsive to all of my questions. The location is perfect, right in the middle of a bunch of local attractions. The kitchen was the perfect size for cooking yummy meals and even baking homemade cinnamon rolls! We already can’t wait to come back for our next stay! '

'My wife and I got away for a long weekend after being kid-free. We brought kayaks and wanted to explore the area. We enjoyed the location very much, with easy access to Hoodsport and Hama Hama. The access to the water wasn't as easy as we hoped, but the fact that there's a little county park in front of the house did work out for us. The neighbors seem very protective of the beach though, so that's weird. Luckily the smoke from the Bear Gulch fire didn't come down low enough to bother us either,...

'This was just about one of the "biggest" surprises I've EVER found...Elfendahl and the Wanderbus are truly a HUGE TREASURE!! A stay that is 'magical', for sure! Like going into one of Tolkien's books!! We LOVED it, and the owner and staff were outstanding! 'We came to Lisa’s VRBO for five nights to spend time with our new grandchild (our first) in Bremerton. We didn’t spend much time in the unit because we were gone 12-16 hours a day but we found the unit to be clean, well stocked, very nicely furnished, and comfortable. The bonus was that we were able to bring our two dogs who were also at peace while there. The host Lisa was very responsive and although she lives above the unit, we never saw her and our privacy was not a concern. Even when she...

'Everything about our stay was perfect! When we couldn't get the gas fireplace to work our host sent someone to fix it the very same day. Communication between us and the host was great! We will definitely be back!'

'I took my grandchildren there for two nights. Our biggest mistake was I didn’t make ferry reservations long before our trip which made us drive through Seattle both ways. Once we got to the place, it was fantastic! Took kids paddle boarding and checked out a water fall. '

'Cozy cabin in a beautiful location'

'This historic cabin was just our style. Clean, charming, quiet, and comfortable. We thought check in was easy. Customer service was excellent. The kayaking was really fun! The river side and nature trail was enjoyable. There is a lovely shop and wine/beer bar with outside seating across the street. We will be back! '
