'Hotel was nice, staff was very nice and attentive. Rooms were nice and clean. However, double beds are too small and were very squeaky and loud. '

'We had a short stay for a football game. Front desk staff was excellent. Gave us some tips, a map, and upgraded our floor as a first time customer. It is very high on a hill so I don’t recommend if you are not fit to walk a lot. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel. '

'This is not tje W hotel standard as I have experienced travelling in Europe. Hotels needs refurbishment. Poor breakfast service and poor hotel lobby bar. Faded glory. Most astonishing was the sound of the airo on/off sound like a door was smashed'

'Room was super clean. Beautifully set up. My only complaint was that the room I was in was hard to get in and out of with my mobility scooter even thought it was an "accessiblity" room. But other than that it was fantastic '
