'Our stay was after our cruise we stayed June 23rd and checked out June 25th. The apartment was listed as having air conditioning.... It was in the low 90's during our stay. The air conditioning consisted of 3 portable units and a fan. We were instructed by the gentleman that took you to the apartment that you couldn't run all 3 units at the same time because it would kickoff the electrical breaker! We were told to run 2 units an the fan. We couldn't even do that because the electrical breaker...

'The location is excellent. It's a unique older building totally updated inside. Be prepared for stairs up to your room. The staff is nice and very willing to assist. The room was small but had everything we needed. I wish we had more of a window/view since we were on the 5th floor. There is water on each floor hallway to drink which is nice, and they have lockers to store luggage if needed. Overall it was an easy stay and a great experience, especially for the price. 'This is an ideal place to stay for a long weekend in Seattle. Condo is comfy, clean, well supplied (and labeled), and located within walking distance to a number of decent bars and restaurants (shoutout to Saint John's!). We came to town for a 3-day music festival at Neumos, a 10-minute walk up Pike St., so this was just perfect. Easy contactless check-in process with off-street parking. Host is quick to respond and provides excellent touristy recommendations. We come back for this fest every...
