'This is an amazing hotel. The staff are the best I’ve ever dealt with. Let us check in super early and we were able to sleep after our red eye for which we were very grateful. Comfortable beds and pilllows. The crab cakes at Poets are amazing!! Only issue we had was the strange up charges at breakfast. (Got charged $5 trying to not be wasteful and having them not include the eggs with breakfast.) Saw a lot more of Baltimore than we would have if we had stayed closer to the convention center. '

'It was a special hotel filled with lots of characters and old world feel. The bed was clean and comfortable. The only thing was the temperature control in my room was not working so I had to ask the front desk to control the temperature. I would’ve preferred the temperature to be warmer but it was keep defaulting back to cooling when it reaches the desired temperature. Othe than that, I liked the friendly service and the restaurant. The food and service was excellent!'

'The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful selection of artwork to view. The floors are literally gleaming. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were not all that comfortable sadly.
