'Unfortunately I was unable to get a hold of this property the week of. I guessed I would get check in details upon arrival. When I arrived from out of town, I was told there was no reservation for me, despite numerous confirmations, charges, insurance purchase receipts etc. After some back and forth with the "answering service" I was told they had a one bedroom for me and my 3 adult children. They called me a no show and it has been a nightmare. I will not use this service again. '

'We loved the apartment, it was as it appears in the photos, a cute and functional 2 bedroom apartment with a cute common area. We unexpectedly needed to have a 3rd person join us. The host was kind in approving the addition of a 3rd person to our stay. We greatly appreciated their generosity and compassion.The only downside to the apartment was that the drain in the bathtub was very slow and left a couple of inches of water in the tub by the end of a 5 minute shower.'

I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. The person at the front desk said this isnt the 1st time this happned with the Lorraine Jacobs lady. I had to spend a extra $400+ dollars just to find somewhere else to...

We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number.
