'Great staff, very helpful! I had issues with my door code and was immediately moved to a different room which was appreciated. The rooms are sufficient and budget-friendly. The location is very convenient to shops and restaurants with a very short drive to the lighthouse and area beaches which is why I chose this hotel. I wanted to be close to top birding spots and was not disappointed!'

'Had fleas in the room. (My wife got mad leaf early. Didn't even want to eat breakfast. Got bit on the back of my neck and arm. Got up in the morning they were in the tub and on the wash clothes that we had used. I killed a few. And put them in a plastic bag. An took them to the front. Spoke to a young lady at the front desk. And told her about the situation. No manger came to speak to me at all . Have not heard from them yet. And the young lady said that they would call.'

'This is a resort where big tour buses bring large groups of people. A lot of young people to senior citizens are accommodated. They have more than the advertised continental breakfast. They have a large pool. It is in walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg. Our room was large and comfortable. It was quiet and secure. Parking was a little challenging in the evenings if you have walking issues but there was plenty. I would stay there again.'

'Near the beach, friendly staff. Problems were solved (sometimes after a reminder). Quality of the breakfast was good.
Room was definitely dated. Although clean not in depth. Closer doors were very tired, safe was unresponsive (solved), roaches in the kitchenette (solved), bathroom door stuck and scraped.
Staff at the front desk very friendly.'
