Zit op zeer goede locatie met paar minuten zit je bij meer en dus de binnenstad.

4日間滞在しました。日本人にはお勧めしません。スタッフがロビーや食堂のソファーが彼らの寝るためのベットになっています。朝食の注文を覚えることが出来ず何度も間違えた食べ物が運ばれてきました。チェックアウト時も、クレジットカード事前清算済みも全額要求されました。女性のスタッフ以外は、教育が必要でしょう。価格以下のホテルです。

We stayed 10 nights and Jacosmo was a great choice. The staff and service were wonderful, great buffet breakfast, and location was much better than expected. We loved the spaciousness of our Balcony Jacuzzi Suite, was exactly as pictured. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Great value!!

Os funcionários são extramamente solícitos e educados! Hotel tem boa localização, só poderiam ter chuveiros mais altos e quartos maiores, mas nada que atrapalhe o conforto.

Hotel tem uma ótima relação custo benefício, o atendimento de todos é muito cordial e solicito! Quartos e chuveiro poderiam ser um pouco maiores, mas nada que atrapalhe!

Ótima opção de hotel.
Hotel bem lozcalizado, atendimento impecável de todos os funcionários e café da manhã bom! Quarto é um pouco pequeno, assim como o chuveiro que não é algo, mas no geral o custo benefício é muito válido.

Hotel bem localizado, o atendimento é impecável, todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e solícitos! O café da manhã é gostoso! Apenas o chuveiro poderia ser maior, quem é muito grande não cabe.

Hotel bom, boa localização e bom atendimento.
Hotel é relativamente pequeno, mas o atendimento impecável, todos são muito solícitos! Tem boa localização! O chuveiro que é muito baixo, tive que tomar banho agachado todos os dias pois era pequeno demais e não podia mexer no chuveiro.

The staff, Michael & Brian, the breakfast kitchen staff were all very helpful and friendly. They were accommodating and had good recommendations for lunch and dinner places. Michael also made arrangements for our Halong bay cruise and Ninh Binh tour, airport pick ups. All went smoothly. Nothing to complain. Would highly recommend this place.

Honestly, Brian and Sophia went above and beyond for the two nights that I stayed at the hotel. Sophia booked my flight and coordinated a taxi to the airport for me; and Brian just had outstanding customer service and even gave me a ride on the back of his motorbike to go to an ATM when I needed to get some money. Location was great, breakfast was yummy and fresh, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you!!

Great little hotel in the centre of Hanoi.
Great little hotel in the centre of Hanoi, convenient for visiting the city. Comfortable beds and absolutely wonderful staff. Shout out to Richard, Brian and Henry who worked tirelessly to make sure that our stay was great. They sorted loads of stuff out for us, booked airport taxis and a wonderful cruise in Ha Long bay for a lower price than we could have got elsewhere. Richards recommendations for places to visit and eat were spot on. We stayed in 2 different rooms, a double standard room before our cruise and a family room after. The family room was much nicer, I guess some rooms could do with updating but the great service, location and really good price made it faultless in our eyes.

The staff were so polite friendly and helpful. Michael from reception went over and beyond his duties by loaning his own coat on a cold and unexpected evening. High Praise indeed.

I think almost everything was good, especially the staff were very sweet and helpful! Breakfast could have had more bread options, and the pillows were a little too thick. Also you could hear a lot from the street outside, but otherwise I can’t complain at all. The AC worked fine and it was a clean room.

Fabulous and friendly hotel.
Nice comfortable room in excellent location. A few minutes walk to the old centre of Hanoi. Breakfast was good. The hotel staff were ever so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I selected an early check-in and paid extra, only to find out that I was downgraded to a cheaper room. There was no water during most of day and sporadic hot water when water was available. Complained TV was not working two consecutive days and gave up after that. I suppose that’s what I get for an inexpensive stay. Would not book them again. In fact, I cancelled my return booking.

Property is little run down but it is in old town Ha Noi so it is expected. The staffs are very attentive and nice. Location in prime. Walkable to all most attraction in own town quarter. Would stay here again.
