'What a fantastic place to stay. A beautiful stone building near the top of a hill with a great garden and a brilliant host Joe. We were there for only two days on a road trip from Phoenix to Seattle but it really wonderful. A very well equipped kitchen, good WiFi, comfortable bed and lots of external seating to enjoy the sun, the views during the day and the start sky at night. Joe, the host provided lots of information about the history of the property and the former ranch it is situated...

'Pet area wasn't fully fenced. Front steps need to be fixed so that they are level and a railing needs to be added. The remodeling inside is very pretty but outside front and back are not very easy to navigate for someone older or unsteady on their feet. '

'Quail cottage had plenty of space for my wife and I. Parking was great. Good location outside of busy Sedona to relax.'

'Very nicely landscaped, nice pool area and the kid free hot tub was a bonus. The units are small but well equipped. I would have preferred the bathroom be cleaner - nothing awful just baseboards. Nice place and good value for the money. The Italian restaurant on site was a bonus.'
