"Great location with nice view over Lake Powell. Good swimming pool and nice fire pit for making s’mores. Unfortunately the check in experience was terrible. Maybe we were unlucky but there was a very long line to get your room key while we initially arriving too earlier (with no line) but being requested to come back later. When showing up later, the check in process took over an hour and was very inefficient with the personnel only talking to each other instead of helping their visiting customers. Easy step to improve efficiency by asking guests to pre fill in all needed info instead of having to wait for each guest at the desk to fill it in there. Furthermore when all personnel would have helped out it would have made the check in process much smoother and the experience much better."

"Hotel had een schone kamer met koelkastje waar je wat spullen koud kan plaatsen. Het zwembad is binnen en lekker warm."

"De wasserette is heel erg fijn, kamers zijn schoon. Het pand is wat gedateerd maar nog uiterst functioneel. Top als je naar de Grand Canyon wil, ligt vlakbij in de buurt."

"Het hotel is perfect gelegen en midden in de natuur. Wel zijn de kamers wat gedateerd. Maar wel netjes en binnen een paar minuten sta je met de auto aan de rim, en dat is wel echt de grootste plus die dit hotel heeft. Er is ook een supermarktje naast en een deli. "

"Geen mooi uitzicht op het balkon, vlak aan de autostrade dus zeer luid, afwasmachine werkte niet goed. "
