'The tiny house was perfect for our stay in the Grand Canyon. For our family of 6 this accommodation was less expensive than hotels and lodges in the GC and offered everything we needed for our stay. Even though it is a tiny house everything is well thought out and layed out well to maximize space. My younger children loved sleeping in the loft and we appreciated the 2 bedrooms to offer privacy. 'This property was adequate for our stay. The location to Grand Canyon is fairly good although next time, I will stay in a hotel in the park or in Tusayon. The tiny home is really tiny-as advertised-and did not leave much room for sitting and/or eating. Overall, the cabin was clean, although the linens were very low quality (think hospital sheets) and did have some staining (not new stains but maybe a remnant from commercially laundering.) 'We stayed in this charming cottage for two nights while attending a graduation at NAU. Its proximity to town and campus is an 8/10, but the short 5 minute drive is more than worth it! 'No toaster, clean side of washer and dryer with lints, didn’t use the machine. Small hole in front of door and left dish rug for next people to use, under the stove grill was not clean, but didn’t get to clean it. We would have stay another night, graduation was over. We really like your place.'

'The TV remote was not defaulted to channels that are subscribed to. I do not know if I was operating the minisplit correctly. I would have preferred the window treatments were better at blocking out light, particularly in the morning because I awoke too early. The bed was very comfortable and the minisplit cooled the area well enough after an hour.'

'This place hit all my basic requirements: comfy bed, natural linens, ice!, all the right cooking stuff including salt & pepper and oil, a grill, tissue; it's incredible how these simple things are not provided by most hosts. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try out the hot tub, but it looked lovely. A nice quiet, private space in a spectacular location. A great value!'

'We are a family of 3, this was the perfect home away from home for us! Very cozy and spacious at the same time. Beautiful neighborhood in a beautiful city! Exactly what you see in pictures. Everything was working and beds were super comfy!! The house was well stocked. Victoria and Cameron are such great hosts, they were easy to reach, and responded right away with any questions. '

"Een uitstekende mogelijkheid van een zwembad voor volwassenen! Er zijn meerdere zwembaden aanwezig en het was prettig dat je de mogelijkheid hebt om rustig je rondjes te zwemmen!! Fantastisch gelegen met prachtige vergezichten. 1 minpuntje echter. Wanneer je korter dan 5 dagen verblijft wordt de kamer niet verschoond en worden er geen nieuwe handdoeken geleverd. Ook geen amenities worden er geleverd. Wanneer je 5 dagen of langere verblijft wordt het wel om de dag verschoond. Je kan wel altijd om nieuwe handdoeken, koffie ( die overigens erg goed is) vragen. Deze worden dan gebracht."

"Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer is aan de kleine kant en er hing een aparte geur. Badkamer was weer ruim. Verder wel schoon en netjes! Zou hier zeker nog een keer verblijven. "
