House is designed to optimize sleeping space, but I would say more than 6 guests would be extremely cozy. Would definitely stay here again.'

'The location is within walking distance of Cottonwood's old downtown with restaurants, etc., and half an hour from the maddening traffic of Sedona. The place is a stand-alone behind a main house, and thus quiet. It was clean, well-appointed and spacious. There were some wifi problems but the manager promised to fix this.'

'Worked out great for us and what we needed with a quick trip to the Grand Canyon. Everything was as they said it would be. Quick note is that there are two blankets, one for each bed and they are very thin. So if you like blankets, you may want to bring a few extra with you. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. 'This is a beautifully decorated villa, abundant with thoughtful attention to detail, high end accessories, and deluxe comforts, such as silk linens, expensive and bountiful towels, bath soaps, candles, etc. The style is reminiscent of villas in Tuscany, Italy. The owners have obviously spent a lot of time (and probably money) decorating the house. 'We mainly needed a place to sleep that would fit all of us comfortably and keep us close to the Grand Canyon. This was the perfect tiny house. There were 5 of us but the amenities were fine for our group. The property was the perfect location for visiting the Canyon, it was clean, and very quiet. The only downsides are: 1) I sent a few emails and replied to a text several weeks before our arrival, asking about the possibility of checking in a little bit before 3pm and never heard back from...
