'Staff especially front desk very helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Parking was easy. Didn’t use any facilities. Appreciated Tim Tams! I like a property if no balcony but the windows open a little. Location was good.'

'Parking was easy. Check-in was difficult as hours were limited and their phones didn’t work to discuss later check-in arrangements. Check out was 10:00, but was asked to return the keys by 9:30.. Room was cute and historic looking. Breakfast is lack lustre. Real eggs and butter vs “spread” would have made all the difference. Similar priced, but nicer places are nearby. Look around first. '

'Clean room ,the mini kitchen was nice and clean as well ,i had a spa in my room that was lovely and undercover parking as well I could not fault the motel at all. The staff that I spoke too were very nice as well.'

'The reception staff was bright and caring and ready to assist with all our needs. The only down side was that there was nothing in our room to tell us where to eat or best places to eat close to the accomodation. Other than that I would stay there again if I needed to be in that area.'

'The property is conveniently located near many Brisbane suburbs. But if you have anything you want to do in the city center, it's best to take a commuter train in. As for the room itself, it was clean-ish, but the carpet was sticky. The bed was fine. There's a very basic suburban bar attached to the hotel with decent food. The staff of the hotel are all super friendly.'
