'Hotel has no elevator, just stairs. The laundry room is only open until 9pm. Room was ok, nothing special, no frills.'

Room 3 itself was spacious and quiet with a small separate room. Parking is definitely tight, especially for the rooms in the corner, but we were towards the front and nobody was next to us. AC worked great and was relatively quiet. Fridge and small freezer compartment were awesome and it was easy access to a nearby grocery store to...

'I came to check in an hour after the official check in time and my room wasn't ready. The staff (at least those there physically) were great. Wasn't too enthused about the little kiosk in the front office. and there was no one there in the morning to check out. I had to call the number provided twice to let them know I was leaving because i didn't want to get charged a late fee. I understand being short staffed but I didn't like the feel of the informal way everything was done.'

'Katie the Assistant Manager was incredible. I was looking for a place for a family to stay while they were evacuated from the fires. Katie stepped in stayed late to help me get this family a place to sleep. We will be eternally grateful'
