'We stayed at the Hilton for 5 days and it was such a good experience. The staff was wonderful, polite and helpful. The property was clean. The 3 biggest highlights was the refreshment station with different themes each day, along with free water! The shuttle service that takes you to anywhere in and around downtown long beach, and lastly the duckies that was such a highlight for our 6 yr old. The refreshments we also a huge hit with our kiddo. So all in all we would highly recommend this hotel....

'Location isn’t great. The staff was wonderful. They are undergoing renovations, so we were allowed to check in two hours early without a charge if we agreed to stay on the floor with construction.'

'The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy'

'The staff is useful and friendly. The room is large and has some updates. We appreciated the fact that there was flooring and no carpet. Big plus for us. The bed was large but was more on the hard side which didn't lend to having a good night sleep. Pillows are a bit on the flat side. Towels were also very thin, but staff did give us more upon request without any questions. Hotel room was quiet even with its proximity to a big boulevard. Felt safe and parking was right in front of our room....

'The in room safe was broken and not fixed during my entire stay despite informing the staff several times. Also, there were minor issues in the room that were obvious and should be repaired as normal maintenance items such as shower door not staying shut, clothes iron rack ripped off of closet wall, stains on the curtains, etc. Breakfast food seemed to come from a Purina Human Chow 50lb feed bag. There must be only one elevator that doubles for service and guests, as the protective moving...

'Central locationwith a bar with limited food options, but expect some waiting time to be served. Room ok but not very quirt as it was close to the bar where a lot of activity was noisy at night. In general ok place and friendly staff and nice pool area.'

'Great hotel great staff the young man at the front desk who assisted me with check in was amazing his name was Christian his customer service skills were exceptional and the entire staff was vey friendly and inviting the hotel is beyond beautiful with fantastic views made my birthday very special and I would definitely book here in the future and would highly recommend.'
