'Outside of the room was great and staff was friendly. The room however was very disappointing! I paid extra for a balcony that was so small I couldn’t sit in the chair provided bc the small side table was pressed up against my legs. It was literally not even 3ft by 3ft. The room and bathroom were of motel quality, not what I expect from a Hilton or at this price point! The bathroom had a bunch of cheap ugly repairs and needs an overhaul or don’t charge so much! 'Firstly I want to say the people running the place were super kind and helpful. Great price for what you get but the one downside is getting in and out of the establishment, since it is located on the 1. And my only complaint is the windows, they did not lock, so you could slide it open from the outside and how thin they were, you could hear everything and everyone right outside it was as if the window was open to just the screen.'

'The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy'

'I truly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean, A/C is top tier & the staff is very lovely. Every morning the breakfast is hot and ready and I truly loved that! There’s was such a variety of items to choose from and a great way to start the day. I believe my highlight was the coffee machine, it’s so efficient and freshly grounds the coffee beans! 'The rooms & bathroom were both very clean. The furniture looked new. Would stay here again. I liked the virtual check in & check out process it was quick and easy and the instructions were very thorough. the property does not have a parking lot i did get lucky with metered street parking right in front where you can add time using an app.'

The pillows were not good and the bed was creeky when you moved but the sheets were great.
