'The staff is useful and friendly. The room is large and has some updates. We appreciated the fact that there was flooring and no carpet. Big plus for us. The bed was large but was more on the hard side which didn't lend to having a good night sleep. Pillows are a bit on the flat side. Towels were also very thin, but staff did give us more upon request without any questions. Hotel room was quiet even with its proximity to a big boulevard. Felt safe and parking was right in front of our room....

'The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy'

'Everything was great, they allowed late check out for free until 12 or until 3 for 65$ which is a super good deal especially after a music festival! Room was super clean and smelled very good! Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Security guard that let me in late night was kinda rude but other than that, great experience I would return next year.'

'It was nice to get a hotel pretty close to the world cruise place, however we did have a few negative experiences. The pool was dirty, the toilet in our accessible room plugged up due to low toilet flow. After asking for a plunger since there was none, i tried what i could but it just wouldn’t work so after midnight i had to wake my husband up for us to switch to another room.
