'Not worth what they charge for the area around the property many homeless. We were told over the phone we could leave our car at the property while we went on our cruise that it was thirteen dollars a night only to be told on arrival we don't offer this option anymore. We won't be returning to this location again.'

'We stayed here for a night before our cruise, the terminal was a 15-20 min drive from our hotel. The staff was super helpful, one of us forgot a tooth brush and the staff provided a new one! The hotel was clean and had a microwave. The breakfast buffet had all your usual things. The only negative I would say was the noise, our room was right next to the highway and there was traffic noise overnight. We did not mind this but it might be a concern for sensitive sleepers. I would book this hotel...

'This was a great hotel. Gorgeous rooms, very quiet. Perfect location to the convention center and restaurants in Long Beach. The staff was friendly. Especially the young gal at the front desk. We would definitely stay again! '

'Everything about my stay was amazing- the staff, restaurant, rooms and pool were spectacular for such a good price! I’ve stayed here twice now and absolutely love it! Very high end place it is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location-just a short walk to the beach. I also enjoyed having the option to take myself from the free extras such as sunscreen, makeup wipes/sponges and extra tooth brushes/paste! I highly recommend having your stay here!'

'Long beach airport next door and shuttle was quick. M club attendees were great. Main issue I had is requested a late checkout for 1 pm. Left my bags at front desk in case didnt return from program by 1 and left. I returned before Noon and was told I was checked out. I just wanted to go to room and change. Instead used bathroom. Didnt appreciate that level of care.'

'Goed bereikbaar. Winkels en restaurants nabij. Schone kamer en badkamer. Fijn zwembad. 2 kleine minpuntjes: geen fohn. En geen lift. Maar het is maar 2 verdiepingen, met een brede trap.'

'Location was good. Service was good. Only issue I had was elevators were very outdated and ran rough. Got stuck for a moment. Time for owner to invest in those. Other than that everything was great!'

'It was very centrally located, on the corner of 2 major streets. It was unique due to it being in the shape of a cylinder. The room was simple and clean Very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. We door dashed and the food was delivered directly to our room. It was a very comfortable stay I would stay there again.'
