'The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy'

'We had a late checkin and communicating with the staff was simple, easy and, they were very responsive. The room was fine, a solid 3. We were there for one night and the room served its purpose comfortably.'

'We stayed at a ground floor room that is next to the breakfast area. We can hear conversation from people talking at the breakfast table or at the lobby. Being an ADA accessible room, the room is too small for wheelchair to turn around. The closet has no hangers. The staff managed to bring us two to get by for our stay.'

'Everything about my stay was amazing- the staff, restaurant, rooms and pool were spectacular for such a good price! I’ve stayed here twice now and absolutely love it! Very high end place it is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location-just a short walk to the beach. I also enjoyed having the option to take myself from the free extras such as sunscreen, makeup wipes/sponges and extra tooth brushes/paste! I highly recommend having your stay here!'

'Overall everything was okay, but the bathroom shower head was broken and the water pressure was so harsh that it actually hurt when hitting the skin. The bathroom glass door also leaked water everywhere even when the door was properly closed. I hope these maintenance issues can be fixed because they affected the overall stay experience.'

They refunded the room but still charged me for the valet which is acceptable but Urban Experience Fee UEF Occupancy Tax UEF County Assessment Tax UEF CA Tourism Assessment Which was about another 50$ not included when i paid thru expedia'
