'The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy'

'To begin with, the reviews are obviously fake. I should’ve looked at them more carefully, but I based my decision to stay at this facility had a lot to do with its 8.2 rating. There is review after review where the subject title is just Excellent and then the comment is clean room or blah blah blah but there’s no way that you know 15 people are leaving reviews and they all just say basically the same thing. The hotel has no lobby. You check in talking to a employee through a plexiglass...

'Was nice and cold in the room'

'The facility on the outside is not exactly in the nicest of or the newest, but the inside of the hotel is very, very clean and updated. My only complaint was they didn’t have a small coffee maker or waters in the fridge and I was charged $20 an hour for being led into the room three hours early after getting off my ship at 8:30 in the morning, they did allow us to store our luggage and go walk around .'

'Room was very clean. The only issues we had was the air conditioning was finicky. It was either super cold and super warm. When the AC was not on it took a moment for it to cool down, woke up sweating one night. Otherwise the complementary breakfast was a great benefit, perfect for feeding my little ones without going anywhere. We would stay here again.'

'Hotel is a great location and the shuttle is so helpful. Our room looked super nice and the bed was comfortable. Downfall was the room wouldn’t stay cool during the night.'

'Goed bereikbaar. Winkels en restaurants nabij. Schone kamer en badkamer. Fijn zwembad. 2 kleine minpuntjes: geen fohn. En geen lift. Maar het is maar 2 verdiepingen, met een brede trap.'

'The exterior of the property was unkept. We had our dogs with us and immediately clean up after them, we were constantly having to look out for other dog’s waste that had been left around the property. The hot tub looks like it had been forgotten about and in a small corner. There were signs for a vending machine but couldn’t find one and the on property ‘market’ was very small and extremely limited in selection. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly and helpful.'

'Laundry room has only 1 washer and 1 dryer, and Small microwave. Supposed to be open 8am-9pm. Was rarely open by 8. More like 9 or 10am'
