'Highly recommend! This studio is exactly as described with plenty of space and everything you need for a comfortable getaway. The A/C and parking are a plus. It really is walking distance to so many things: Second street is only a few blocks away with coffee spots, restaurants, etc. The beach is a 3 minute walk with plenty of activities close by including the Belmont pool. I would definitely stay here again!'

'Great location. Walkable to restaurants and the beach. Parking is tough but we used Lyft so no impact to us. The location was as described and definitely suited our needs. Would recommend'

'Make sure you're not getting an upstairs unit if you're afraid have heights or have any mobility issues. The spiral staircase looks a little scary but was solid. We felt like we were in a hotel room. Communication was great. Would absolutely stay here again.'
