'Literally 2 minute walk to the beach, didn’t use a vehicle the entire week. Didn’t need one. 12 minute walk to all the local shops/resturants. Property manager always responded quickly, entire neighborhood seems like good, friendly people. Would love to be back. Thanks for making our first Vrbo experience a good one'

'Overall, offers lots of space for everyone to have their own room, eat and play games together at the table, and relax in the living room. We also enjoyed being close to many attractions including the aquarium, whale watching tours, shoreline village, Queen Mary and USS Iowa, short walk to the beach, and much more.'

'It was interesting, to stay here. The location was good for what we needed. The ac in the location did not work, I texted the host and he did not come to fix or bring an extra ac unit until check out date. The listing said sleeps 6, there was an air mattress but it kept deflating the entire stay. The Vrbo served its purposes but we would not stay here again. '

'Thanks to gracious the host Leroy, my stay was smooth and easy! Per Vrbo they were experiencing "technical difficulties" and almost lost my booking, Leroy helped out instantly and my booking was saved! I am so happy since my house had 2 weeks of construction noise and havoc. The neighborhood is close to CSULB great for visiting families and would also be a great location for a home base while visiting LA area. We met up here with a few friends & family members and had an amazing week!!The house has beautiful ocean views from the living room, front patio & front bedroom.There were plenty of linens for showering, bedding & beach use which was so convenient.
