'It was gorgeous! Clean, spacious, great view, easy to drive the golf cart to/from. The ONLY downside was the 72 stairs to get to the front door. The pool was great, the spa was great, really the only downside was the stairs. '

'Wow - images certainly do not do this place justice. Rich's unit is the perfect location for views, access to clubhouse amenities, and the golf cart/beach and it offered the perfect space with comfy living areas and the balcony we spent most of our time on (the neighbors are nice too :)). Loved that the quiet private community was a short distance away from crowds and parties when you were ready to call it a night. Rich was very communicative to ensure our arrival was smooth and...

'The property was perfect for our family. Very clean, quite, plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Everyone enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The cart was an extra bonus because it came with it’s on parking space in town so we didn’t have to worry about moving it. '

'It was really nice, the house was clean, and spacious. The air cirulated well and it didn't feel hot. Everything was functional and we had a grill which was great for a barbecue. 10/10 will try to book again when I come back to catalina.'

'Great place. The golf cart was useful and fun. Comfortable beds and clean towels. If you are not comfortable climbing the steep hills walking from the ferry consider arranging a ride to the residence. '

'Comfortable, clean, and accurate listing. Walkable from the ferry dock and most places in town. We named the golf cart “Rosita,” and had fun exploring the further points of interest. We would definitely stay here again. '

'A great place to enjoy the ocean! The condo was clean and surprisingly spacious, and the check-in was really easy. Plus, it came with a golf cart that we used to get into town. The condo is just a bit outside of Avalon, which was actually nice because we were not always in the middle of the busy town. As other reviewers have noted, there is a walk up a few flights of stairs, but the view of the ocean is amazing. We hope to be back!'

'Had a great time and good location down the street from the main part of town. We have stayed closer, but it gets noisy during the later hours, especially on the weekends. This was close enough and quiet enough to enjoy all the amenities. Check in and check out was a breeze. Thanks for having us!'

'We enjoyed the close proximity to the beaches, shops and restaurants. Everything was beautiful and was a perfect place to relax (or get into some fun nightlife if the night takes you there)! The condo was beautiful, with stunning views - we could have spent the whole trip out on that balcony! '
