'Very clan and friendly staff'

'Staying at Silver Beach Hotel was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and it was very easy to park in this downtown area. We loved having a view of Lake Michigan as well as being able to enjoy walking on the Bluff / experiencing downtown St. Joe without having to move our car. The breakfast was very basic, however, without a lot of choices. We ended up going to one of the many coffee shops in the area.'

'We reserved 2 nights. I looked at the room before paying for it. I did not look at the bedding that was turned down and the linen was misty smelling and to find the coverlets were very dirty on he top edges that you pull up. I told one of the cleaning ladies about it and she told me she would tell the cleaning lady for the first floor when she arrived. That evening when we arrived back to the room the bedding had been changed and the room had a fresher smell. The breakfast is not much to...

'First we paid and booked a room with a patio and pool view and got a regular room. And then the room we received had leaked terribly by the window and ceiling and found this out by stepping on wet carpet and could not take our shoes off our use that side of the room! Then we went for quietness and people were partying and lighting fireworks off at the hotel all night i could have stayed home for that!!'
