'My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Monson. It was very convenient and safe. We were greeted with smiling faces upon our arrival. The staff were very accommodating and such a joy to interact with. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was served hot every morning with a variety of options for my hungry teens. The pool was great on a couple rainy days. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this particular location based on the staff alone....

'Clean, still trying to find my perfect room there, close to the elevator is on the noisy side. And being from the West coast, 11 am check out is 8 am to me, that sucks when you are on vacation! They graciously gave me a later checkout (noon/9) it's an old place, I love it there, but it has it's problems, lost heat and hot water last stay in April, they are still running on a back up boiler, I expect they will be shutting down for repairs soon.
