We did however find that we could not adjust the thermostat and I've never encountered that before. It was fine the first 5 days, but on our last day it was unseasonably warm outside (had been cold the entire time before this). Nothing was unexpected. While we did not have much communication with the property manager, the check in process and check out process we’re both smooth.
