'Don't get me wrong, the overall staff is very friendly. But the man behind te frontdesk.. I think he could speak English, but he just did not want to because he did not wanted to help us. 'This place is amazing, the service was exceptional from arrival to departure, staff are very helpful and pleasant. We had Chulan who looked after us during our stay and was very attentive and helpful. This place is old charm but with modern day facilities. The food was excellent with good choices for both breakfast and dinner. I would truly recommend this bungalow if you are ever going to Kandy. '
