'The rooms are decently like pictured. They are mostly just older than pictured. At first glance it’s okay, but the closer you look the less they’ve taken care of the rooms.'

'Very disappointing experience. We booked five nights at LIC Plaza Hotel through Expedia, but left immediately after seeing the condition of our room. The toilet was dirty around the hinges of the seat, and there was additional dirt/residue on a cabinet. We reported this to the front desk, and a staff member came to inspect the room.
