'Food options were good nut a little variety of the breakfast meat would be better.
The Bed was a major challenge. I am very short and it was hard for me to climb into the bed. I think you could put the beds on the floor indtead of the stand and people could sit on the side of the bed or more easily climb into them.
also I think you need more handicapped accessible showers in your rooms.
and maybe not have people who don't walk well have rooms closer to the elevators and activity centers so...

'First time I was given packaged gluten free options. Kudos for that! They do not have first floor rooms but was able to put me near the elevator. I was not happy my roon was not cleaned daily and I had to get new towels when I returned but I would definitely recommend '

Lowes is right behind the hotel. Not really close enough to walk, but the shortest drive. Also a taco bell is near, a dunkin doughnuts is very walkable. All in all, maybe the best hotel choice in Carbondale.'
