'The property was very clean and comfortable. The only surprise is that the bathroom is attached to the small bedroom and you must walk through the small bedroom to go to the large bedroom. All other spaces were great. '

'Property was just as advertised. Nice kitchen, big TV we watched the final round of the OPEN, quiet neighborhood. It was very hot so we didn't use the backyard much, the only downside was a blower for the patio would have been nice it was a bit leafy and dusty, no outdoor water hose. Other than that the air conditioning was great, plenty of street parking, quiet and cool'

'We had an excellent stay at Prairie Haven. Meticulously clean and neat property. We were very comfortable. Highly recommended!'

'It was a wonderful treat to stay in this clean and comfortable updated space in an historic home near downtown Sioux Falls. It’s within walking distance to a nearby church, the historical home district, restaurants and even the Falls and the riverwalk. Nice touch was a coffee pot and fresh coffee to drink, plus a couple of water bottles on the bed. I liked the touch of the hand crocheted afghan on the bed. We would definitely recommend this rental property!'

'I've now stayed at two homes owned by this person. Both have been excellent experiences. Clean, all the amenities plus special touches like welcome snacks that I didn't expect. This little house is cozy and perfect for a single out couple.'

'The basement was perfect for my son and his family with smaller children. They were all corralled in one area and entertained by the pool table, TV, and games.'

'Great spot to stay, nice and easy, close to anything you would need!'

'Very good place to stay. Everything was top notch.'

'A great place to stay! Everything was clean and the check in process was very easy. A quiet neighborhood and easy access to everything.'

'This is an old home so the floors were not new. The washer and dryer are in the basement with steep stairs. If you are ok with those few things then you’ll enjoy your stay. It is well stocked with all your needs, has a comfortable bed and a fenced back yard if you have dogs. Nicely furnished and decorated!'
