'My room was adequate, two queen beds, bathroom with tub shower. The hairdryer was missing from my bathroom but one call to the front desk and I had a new hairdryer in 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful.'

'Self check in was easier than I expected. It was just annoying that I had to access my email every time we needed to unlock our room door. It was in a good location, close to many restaurants, but not within walking distance to many of the sights. There was no onsite parking, but we found a parking garage about a five minute walk away for $20 a day. 'From the moment we walked in & throughout our stay the place smelled & gave off a dirty vibe. The floors in our room were dirty, the bathroom fixtures were broken, black mold in the shower, the chair was so dirty that we didn’t dare sit or put anything on it. We asked for extra towels on multiple occasions & we either didn’t get them or got them hours later. The front desk was left unattended despite there being a sign to staff that “this is the last notice” to staff to not leave the front desk...

'Didn’t make it. Booked the hotel and a rental car through Expedia. Showed up to get the rental and they didn’t have it. Called every rental car played within a 50 mile radius and all were sold out. Messaged Expedia to let them know and I still got charged for the hotel. So I didn’t get to go on vacation and still had to pay. Thanks Expedia'
