If you ever needed any help there was always someone at the front desk -- even when our flight was delayed and we got in after midnight. You can tell that the hotel experience is built to happen exclusively between the guest and the app. But for anyone who isn't tech savvy, there were plenty of staff around happy to help. '

I'm a seasoned traveler but this is the worst room I've ever had. I didn't mind to much as I have low standards and don't mind that much but thought you guys should know.
