As for beaches, options are plentiful: Jackknife Cove is 1.7 miles away, Red River Beach is 3.8 miles away, Ridgevale Beach is 3.9 miles away, Hardings Beach is 4.8 miles away and Nauset Beach is 8.1 miles away (just to name a few).

The home is laid out over 3 finished levels. The main level of the home has gatherings spaces including the kitchen with island seating and top-of-the-line appliances, a living area with fireplace and smart TV, plus a seating area overlooking the pool and backyard. The dining areas include the main dining table with seating for 10 plus a kitchen table with seating for 6. A wet bar with extra storage is a great place to prepare a pre-dinner cocktail or an early morning coffee. The primary bedroom suite features a king bed, smart TV, large walk-in closet and a stunning ensuite primary bath with dual vanities and oversized glass shower. A mud room, laundry room, a half bathroom and the 2 car garage complete the floor.

The second level of the home is separated into 2 individual upstairs wings. The main upstairs wing has 2 bedrooms (one with 2 queen beds and one with 1 king bed and 2 single beds in trundle style) and a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The other upstairs wing is serviced by a separate staircase off the mud room on the other side of the house and is a totally private bedroom suite with 1 king bed, 2 single beds in trundle style and a ensuite bathroom with glass shower.

The walk-out lower level of the home is a true multi-use space with tons of amenities including: smart TV area with comfy seating, gaming table, shuffleboard table, billiards table, foosball table, ping-pong table that sits on top of billiards, home gym (including a Peloton Bicycle, free weights and a weight bench) and a full bathroom with glass shower.

Outside is the crown jewel of the home: a heated, LED lit, salt water pool with attached spa that comes alive at the press of a button from inside the house. The resort style pool area features a outdoor dining table with seating for 10, a gas grille, chaise loungers, club chairs, umbrellas for those who like some shade with their sunny weather and everyone's favorite Cape Cod amenity: a lovely enclosed outdoor shower. Spend your days swimming or reading under an umbrella. Spend your nights gathered around the natural gas fire pit and truly savoring the most important piece of this property: the people who came with you.

Pool is open and heated from 5/29/27 to 10/9/27. 7 night minimum rentals, Sat. to Sat., during the peak season. 4 night minimum stays available during the shoulder seasons. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a nonrefundable fee of $150 to $250, which covers administrative services and damage-waiver protection for up to $1,000 in self-reported incidental damage. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will contact you to explain the process for signing the required rental agreement. Additional damage protection is also required for this home. The preferred option is the purchase of damage insurance providing $5,000 in coverage. In lieu of purchasing this coverage, a refundable security deposit of $2,500 will be added to the reservation.
