'the house is small but cute, perfect size for two couples staying. there wasn't a lot of seating, especially outside, it would have been nice to have outdoor furniture. there was also only four of everything for dinning, which did make it hard to cook. I wouldn't call it a fully stocked kitchen. the house was clean and cool, the AC worked perfect. the street it is on is quiet as well. the high bed is weird, but functional with a storage area at the foot of it. kinda dangerous if you have to get...

'We loved our stay at this property! The house is close to the grocery store and activities, but it didn't feel like you are in a main area. The view is wonderful, the outdoor shower is great, the two decks are relaxing and it was the perfect getaway. Kevin is communicative and very quick to reply to any messages!'

'We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. '

'Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great!'
