'Let us be clear on what this place is. This residence is a series of rooms which are the extensions to someone's house. The accommodations are simple in that you have bedroom, bathroom, tv, internet and maybe a kitchen. If you are ok with this setup, then this is a fantastic place to stay. The host Gregory is very friendly and ready to accommodate. Wifi wasn't a problem for me. I walked to the Sky Mall to get groceries which is about 20 minutes away though part is a long the highway. 'We had a great time at paynes bay. Madaline and William are very kind and helpfull. We could use the sunbeds of the beachbar while waiting for our check-in time. In the first day William took us to the supermarket as we had no Rental car. The approximity of the beach and the bar with a simple but good meal or drinks is just the thing you want for a holiday in Barbados. The kitchen is wel equiped and the beds are better than at home. I can highly recommend this apartement to anyone.'
