'The staff member who checked us in would not even attempt to answer our questions-she told us to use google. The property was clean, but very noisy, inside and outside - people in the parking lot were loud, inside noise (maybe a toilet from upstairs was loud, trains running all night. Breakfast was a joke.'

'The shower was set up for a handicapped person, so the shower head was chest level. The shade over the widow would not full extend so we had bright lights coming thru the window all night.'
