'Overall, great stay! Clean and very comfy bed!!'

'Easy and comfortable stay, the staff was kind enough to help us book one more night and offered a discount since it was something we meant to book originally. Room was cozy and clean, the beds are hard to get out of since they are sooo comfortable!!! the cleaning staff even tidied up while we were out, moved our things off the bed to make them and gave us fresh towels. Friendly front desk as well, thank you!'

'My room was a wonderful *cool* home while attending a conference nearby (in upper-90's weather!). I was gone from 9-9 each day, but it was so refreshing to start the day with a shower with great water pressure to invigorate me, and to nestle into a comfortable bed at night with the temperature regulated for comfort. 'The bathroom needs to be cleaned better. The bathtub was peeling, the edges of the bathroom floor and around the toilet were dirty. The door gets stuck and doesn’t close properly that we had to shut it ourselves. The walls were really thin, I guess that sounds and arguments from other guests were heard at any time of the night. The sliding door to the patio was very hard to open and close that my shoulder started hurting. The milk pitcher was also defective. It took a long time to get milk out...

'The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor.'

'Close to everything, but nice and tucked away. Costco was a hop skip and jump which was nice!! Great breakfast!!! Wanted so badly to go swimming and sit in the hot tub!!! We were so exhausted tho from visiting family we went straight to bed! Will say bed was a tad hard but we slept hard anyways! Definitely would recommend!!! Thank you!!!'

'Clean, large room and nice staff. Nice big parking lot with good lighting and generally felt safe. As others have mentioned, street noise is very much an issue in the room. Ironically, the breakfast area on the first floor is very quiet and no road noise was noticed. Makes me think that if they had used higher quality windows for the guest rooms the noise issue would be fully resolved.'

'Goede ligging maar zeer slechte ‘manager’. Hij is niet vriendelijk en spreekt zeer slecht Engels. Toen ik vertelde dat niemand van ‘housekeeping’ was komen poetsen, geloofde hij me niet. Nochtans zijn we zelf nieuwe handdoeken moeten gaan vragen. Ook zijn vrouw was onvriendelijk en bleef volhouden dat er was gepoetst… Verder zijn de kamers heel gehorig. Je hoort de anderen lopen en praten. '
