'Overall, great stay! Clean and very comfy bed!!'

'Easy and comfortable stay, the staff was kind enough to help us book one more night and offered a discount since it was something we meant to book originally. Room was cozy and clean, the beds are hard to get out of since they are sooo comfortable!!! the cleaning staff even tidied up while we were out, moved our things off the bed to make them and gave us fresh towels. Friendly front desk as well, thank you!'

'My room was a wonderful *cool* home while attending a conference nearby (in upper-90's weather!). I was gone from 9-9 each day, but it was so refreshing to start the day with a shower with great water pressure to invigorate me, and to nestle into a comfortable bed at night with the temperature regulated for comfort. 'Horrible stay staff was ok room was ok but safety around the hotel was awful up all night from noise people yelling in the lobby. Had to book another hotel due to safety. Would never recommend due to safety reasons alone.'

'The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor.'

'Photos of this hotel on Expedia don’t actually represent the poor conditions of the rooms or the hotel. Stayed for four days (we just slept and left as soon as we woke up) no one ever cleaned our room. Door did not lock properly, evidence that it had been kicked open was obvious, bathroom had one light bulb out of four, the other three were missing. Trash was left in the refrigerator from previous customer. Musty odor, dirty carpets, I can go on but I think you get the picture. If you need to...

'Clean, large room and nice staff. Nice big parking lot with good lighting and generally felt safe. As others have mentioned, street noise is very much an issue in the room. Ironically, the breakfast area on the first floor is very quiet and no road noise was noticed. Makes me think that if they had used higher quality windows for the guest rooms the noise issue would be fully resolved.'

'Breakfast was good. The lady in the mornings is very sweet and helpful. Excellent location. The key card stopped working an hour before check-out, so I got distracted trying to get a new one. I left my new box fan near the door of my room and didn't receive my deposit back because of it. Stayed 8 nights.'

'Beautiful hotel and room. Loved the balcony with the lake view. Great restaurant on main floor. Air conditioner was not functioning well but otherwise amazing stay!'

'Everything was great. The hotel was clean. The staff was super friendly. My only complaint was the sound of the neighboring rooms -the doors do not softly close- they shut so loudly. Every time someone came and went we heard a loud bang.'
