Amazing villa in beautiful surroundings
Well appointed unit with everything you need for a relaxing vacation for a family or two couples with their own separate suites, very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Also very quiet area - fall asleep just listening to waves. Beautiful views everywhere you look, great for whale watching and walks to several nearby beaches. Fully stocked kitchen for making your own food, if you fee like it. Nothing was missing from a perfect experience.

Wonderful stay at a gorgeous property!!
The view is unmatched, and the amenities are perfect. We got to Maui a little earlier than expected, and we were able to get in and get settled in perfect timing. It was a very short walk to the beach and our kids had a ball. We will be staying there again for sure.

Amazing stay at amazing location
Property is just as described. We could see whales out the window and it was just a short walk to Kapalua Bay which had great snorkeling. The condo was fully stocked and had tons of room for our family of 5 including all the beach gear you could need. Would def stay again!

The property is beautiful and amenities are first class. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a beautiful view of the ocean with sitting area. The only negative for some may be the master bedroom is an open balcony to the living area and offers little privacy from other guests.

Amazing stay in Kapalua
We stayed here with our three young kids and had a blast. The space was very nicely finished, the kitchen was well-stocked, and beds were comfy! We loved being so close to the ocean and the pool is a very short walk. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Beautiful views in spacious light-filled condo
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo. Views of the ocean and waves are spectacular. Easy access to the coastal trail and beach made for pleasant early morning walks. Condo was decorated tastefully. Large place to comfortably stay with others but we loved having it all to ourselves.

Breathe taking Views
The villa was beautiful and clean and the views from the first and second level were priceless. The villa was fully stocked with all the necessities and more. The property management was always available and responded in a timely manner. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property. Great location.
Great location, great views of the ocean, close to beaches like DT Fleming, Slaughterhouse, kapalua bay, Napili and great snorkelling in Honolua. The house was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. Expensive as expected in Hawaii. The spiral staircase is a little tricky for small kids. Would happily stay there again.

Spectacular!
Dave is absolutely tremendous to work with. The property is clean, recently updated, and I can't imagine a better VRBO on Maui in this price range...heck, ANY price range. Far enough off the beaten path where you can get some peace and quiet, and yet close enough to the action where you can be in the middle of it with a 15 minute drive... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

This is our 9th year and 4th unit booked at Kapalua Bay Villas. All have been excellent, but this was without question the best of all 4. Fantastic property, well decorated throughout, kitchen well equipped with all that anyone who cooks would ask for. Amazing views of the ocean, indoor and outdoor dining areas in the unit both excellent. Bedrooms and bathrooms better than even in the pictures. Dave, the property manager, was very responsive when we need to chat. This is a 5 star unit without question!!

This is one of the most beautiful properties we have stayed at! Location, area, view, amenities, owner, were all way above our expectations! We will try to reserve this beautiful property whenever we travel to Maui! We wish there was a 6 star rating as an option, it deserves it!

Stayed for 10 days in late Jan - the property was a wonderful base - beautiful views and steps from the cliffs / beach. Property listing doesn't do the views justice, and the property itself is very well maintained and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Views And Locatiin
My family really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was ideal for beachfront, we could go either direction and be in close walking distance to 4 different beaches, cliff jumping and multiple restaurants. Ironwood beach is directly behind the unit, and we spent multiple days and evenings hanging out there. We would definitely come back to stay. Just FYI, it is all glass on the backside and if you keep the blinds open all day will make it hotter inside, the AC cannot keep up in the living area and upstairs , but cools it back down at night.. we got used to it. The downstairs master stays really cool. Overall was an amazing stay!

Amazing views and beautiful community
We initially booked this trip for the Maui Invitational Basketball tournament and decided to make the trip despite Covid cancelling the tournament. The community is spotless and the condo was too and I’m really picky! The kitchen had everything we needed and the washer and dryer seemed brand new. The views are amazing and from almost every room even the master bedroom shower! They had plenty of extra towels and bedding. My only recommendation would be that it may be time to upgrade the couch and TV in the living room, the TV was glitching a lot of the time. Dave the property manager was very responsive and provided us with some helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to do on the island. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay Kapalua.

Perfect Staycation
Spectacular property behind the pool and only a few steps from the ocean and cliff trail. Even during the pandemic, the property manager was on the ball with communication and the property was vacation ready. The upstairs captain chairs overlooking the ocean was our favorite morning and evening spot. The large lanai was perfect for meals and lounging. We absolutely loved staying here!

Great stay
This was a really nice property. Very clean, kitchen was reasonably stocked, comfortable beds and a great location. Very nice Weber BBQ at the pool too. One thing you may want to consider is the upstairs bedroom is open to the bottom floor so if you're with others, it's not the most private situation. I do wish that the windows over the stairs had some sort of blind you can close but it's a minor issue. We called Bambi (with the property management) as we drove in from the airport and she was waiting for us to let us in. We did call her once during our stay and she promptly responded to our request. Would definitely consider renting again.

Absolutely a stunning place to stay!
Enjoyed every single moment at this immensely gorgeous place! Dave was a super great guy to deal with! The views are to die for. Oneloa beach was very convenient to go to (less than 5 min walking distance) as it was so close and there were so few people there. No need to even travel to the other beaches that are stuffed with people! There were days that we didn't even want to go out because the place in itself was so relaxing! The kids went to the pool every day (30 seconds walking distance). Very close to Merriman's and Sea House Restaurant and the very useful Napali Market. We will never ever forget this place!!!

This is a great property and a good value for the price.
The location of this property is outstanding and we enjoyed our time there. The master bedroom upstairs has a beautiful view, however it lacks privacy since there is no wall separating it from the high ceiling main floor family room. That is the one negative aspect to this property.

The property was in excellent condition and was all that we hoped it would be.
The property and the unit are very well maintained. Wonderful views of the ocean. The unit essentially has two master bedrooms which was great since we had two adult couples. It is close to the pool, the owners provided towels, backpack chairs for the beach, boogie boards and toys for kids, if needed. The manager, Dave, was great and very helpful. The property is within easy walking distance of several good restaurants and an easy drive to shopping and dining

Elegant Accommodations,
Wake up to the sound of the ocean waves and enjoy the view with a cup of coffee! Right above the heated pool, 100 yards from the beach. Beautiful beach, good snorkeling, not easy swimming for young kids, but kid's beach can be walked to on path about 15 minute walk away.

Condo unit was perfect for two couples, very comfortable, clean and updated rooms. Large bedrooms, bathrooms and a small but adequate kitchen. Spent each morning on the lanai drinking coffee and watching whales, not bad. Ocean view was unobstructed and beautiful. Property common area was well maintained. Gated property with direct access to beach walk. Finally, Dave met us at the condo and did a great job explaining the unit details. We had a great vacation.

Spectacular views
This was probably our favorite VRBO property to date. The views are spectacular! Upstairs, downstairs, on the lanai, all around. The pool is a two minute walk from the unit and is one of several in the development. There is a 1.7 miles nature trail, most of it along the ocean just off the pool. Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Dave is a solid guy who was there for us when needed him. Well managed, well maintained. We took a couple of side trips with our 11 yr old. I would highly recommend Sail Maui for snorkeling at Molokai. You set sail from Maalaea, an hour drive from the property. Had a fun time snorkeling. Our son saw his first eel, along with an abundance of fish. Although this was a snorkeling adventure, it turned into a great whale watching trip as well. I would also recommend Skyline Eco Adventures for zip lining. They have multiple courses on Maui. This was our son's first zip lining experience and we chose their 5 zip line course at the base of Haleakala. Great crew, great outing overall.

A week in Kapalua
Fantastic villa for two couples! Two beautiful master suites and tons of living area. We could not have found a better place to stay. Everything you could possibly need was at hand. Beach, pool, shopping, restaurants and privacy were right there. Dave was extremely helpful in getting us adjusted quickly. We highly recommend this villa.

Spectacular Villa
We spent 10 Days on a Golf Vacation on Maui and were lucky enough to rent this beautiful Villa. It was truly an amazing Villa, Two levels with awesome and stunning views from both. This Villa has a spectacular well equipped kitchen as well as snorkels and boogie board for the beach. Dave met us on arrival and explained everything about the unit, he also gave his recommendations on restaurants to try. It was an amazing place to stay, this Villa is one of the nicest beachfront places to stay in Kapaula. The golfing was just out of this world, and staying in Kapaula we received great discounts on green fees. With out a doubt I will be returning to Maui and certainly plan on staying here once again, OUTSTANDING !!!!!!!!!!. Thank you Dave

Fantastic Trip
My wife and I and our 12 year old twin boys spend a little under a week at this wonderful property in late June. Dave met us promptly at the villa and was very helpful explaining everything and he made it very clear that he was on call for us (didn't realize this upfront) 24/7 while we were there. Fortunately, aside from a simple cable related question, we were able to leave him alone. We love Kapalua and to be able to stay so close to the water and have such amazing views was quite a treat. An added benefit that we took full advantage of for meals and the spa was having the Montage hotel about a 4 minute walk from the villa. This was when we didn't make our own food in the fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. I would suggest, however, that some new frying pans would be a good idea as the 3-non stick pans were pretty scratched up--certainly not the end of the world though. Also, the beach in front of the Ritz hotel which is 5 minutes north is great for boogie boarding and body surfing in the waves as there is a life guard. The surf can be a bit treacherous at times but the life guards were always happy to explain in detail the current conditions and whether or not it was safe for children. All in all, we had a great time and it is not a matter of if but when we return again!

Platinum Vacations - Kapalua Bay Villas
We were lucky enough to rent condo 25 (upper level). It was an amazing place to stay. Two levels. To master bedrooms with two separate ensuites. What a view from both levels of the ocean! No need to use the blinds even at night. Just listen to the waves. Great pool close by (one minute) with two terrific BBQ's ready to use. The unit had boogie boards and noodles and Tommy Bahama beach chairs. There was also a cooler to use but we didn't need it. The unit was quite beautiful and as nice as the photos online. Everything about the unit was glorious. Dave Hailey was over the top helpful with answering questions prior to the trip and making recommendations on where to eat and shop etc. Dave also met us at 10:00pm when we arrived and he guided us from the Napili Market to our condo as we would have had trouble finding it in the dark likely. It's not hard to find but it is in the dark on your first visit. Dave gave us the grand tour and showed us how everything operates in the condo. Having the washer and dryer was a big help as well. They also provide big beach towels to use. We loved the Napili beach the most (10 minute walk) because the girls enjoyed the waves. There are plenty of beaches in the area to visit but this was our favourite. Spectacular trip, our best ever and we are certain to return some day. Happy to share our experience with anyone interested in this property. Can't say enough about Dave and his company for making it all happen. Mahalo Daddy Steve and Mama Leisa and the girls
