'I understand this was an eco lodge. However, there is no air and little cross breeze. Our bed was broken, there were not enough towels (only 3 for 5 people), we were encouraged to shower by turning the water off while we used soap, the pots and pans were so dirty that some could not be cleaned. The worst was that the staff was unprofessional. They did not communicate effectively, they were dismissive about simple requests (like "how to check in") and once we did check in we NEVER heard from...

'The Purple Passion Cottage was fabulous, cozy, comfortable, charmingly furnished and had everything my family of 3 needed. 'We had a glitch with the lock but the owner was quick to respond to my phone call to give us the combo for the manual key, which I appreciated very much. The second bed was very small, the removable shower head line was leaking badly. The stove top and oven were dirty and the fan was also dirty. There was no complimentary coffee. '
