'This place is such a beautiful oasis. So quiet and peaceful. The grounds are beautiful to walk around (bee hives, flowers, mini garden, some animals) and there is a gorgeous view of the water. It's easy to get to town and Jacklynn is a wonderful host. We also had amazing massages with a wonderful therapist named Christine at the massage shala. Highly recommend! '

'I highly recommend this property! We celebrated Christmas with extended family and loved the spacious gathering areas and private retreats for everyone. Each cottage, along with the main house, was thoughtfully stocked with essentials like coffee makers, towels, and dishes. The big house had fun extras like croquet and badminton sets. 'We were situated in the older tower, but had a great view of bay. It was more difficult to find and navigate to hotel restaurant due to lack of any signage, and that our more obvious route was outside. Hilo is, after all, the rainiest city on the planet. Took us a wet try, and getting info to "maze" back to the older tower from restaurant staff. We suggest better signage, or info in room. 'Very lovely location and very remote and safe compared to the rest of the town. The waterfall house is a full house with all amenities and is an absolutely fabulous place to stay. The cabins are cute and we had the place to ourselves but if we visit the big island again we will be sure to reserve the waterfall house for the full stay because it’s just so wonderful! Staff was very helpful, peaceful, clean and quiet.'
