'My wife and I often come up to Duluth for the weekend from Minneapolis. 'We loved staying here again. It is in a great location by a marina and is walking distance to the Canal Park ship canal, shopping and restaurants. The property is very well maintained, the staff is cordial and professional and the breakfast is the best we've gotten while traveling.'

'We have stayed once previously and were very happy with the accomodations both times. Breakfast was good with ample selection. Facitity was very clean and easy to get to. Very happy.'
'Both front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. However, the interior was dingy, the exterior was a total dump, and they seemed to be hosting a Harley convention. Around 15 bikers congregated outside the office entrance and partied late into the night. I was woken numerous times from bikers revving up their engines. I was disappointed and would not return. '
