'Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable and the hotel despite its age was in very good condition, so it was a great place to experience the art deco nature of Napier. Restaurant downstairs was great and shopping and cafes in walking distance. Will stay again!!'

'Facilities very good, spa bath in the room, stayed for 4 nights, room cleaned and towels changed every day. Friendly staff. Easy walk to town, shops and supermarkets.'

'Nice and well looked after place with spaceous room, comfartable room, clean bathroom with large bath. Nice view from balcony over the bay. At walking distance there are cafes and eateries and at 30 minutes walk the town centre with wonderful restaurants and bars.'
