'Super clean and very nice rooms'

'Wow! Wat een mooie locatie en gebouw. Een echte Oase. Heel ruime kamers. Het personeel aan de receptie en de bar waren niet zo vriendelijk. Helaas is er in de buurt niet veel te beleven. '

'Room was dirty staf was terrible'

'The man who runs the hotel is awesome! Super friendly, helpful guy. I stay here occasionally for work and he & his hotel have always been great.'

'The area was nice and quiet. The grounds are well maintained. Parking was good as there was a lot. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and I LOVED the bed! I'd stay here again on my next travel! I appreciate the maintenance of the property and rooms. The owners care and it shows. Worth staying here!'

'Really great stay, large comfortable rooms, great breakfast. Big thanks to Erika at reception who really stood out!'

'Staff was really welcoming and the the location was great.'

'Relatively small room and lots of noise of outside airco units and vibrations in building. Comfortable bed and clean '

'Great for business in downtown San Jose'

'The lobby is nice and beautiful, the room was nice but the room has a masty smell and the ac unit is noisy. The breakfast is very minimal and not well done. The hot oatmeal was uncooked and not even warmed, just swimming in water. On their website, they declared that they have parking but don't disclose the extra pay for it.'
