'I saw lots of potential. I like the lay out of the original floor plan. In need of cosmetic up grade with the kitchen, by the way i love the original floor plan in the kitchen. I did see some graffiti on the kitchen cabinets its faint but it is visible. In need of blinds in the kitchen window. Again i am astonished on how large this room was. You could look into putting fans in the bathrooms for when showering. Over all put some blinds in the kichen along with some pots and pans in the...

This was a last minute reservation, and we felt the value for the price was adequate. The location was good for our purposes, easy in and out, not too far from freeway. 'The curry smell was tolerable but the jacuzzi tub didn’t work and many of the light bulbs in the house were missing. The backyard had beer cans and cigarette butts I cleaned up myself. Some things in the house could use repairs. Feel the price was excessive for what you get'
