The challet is in a great location, less than an hour from Yosemite valley, Hetch Hetchy dam or Sonora, but in a very quite location at the end of a road. You can get there easily, just go to the end of paved Hells Hollow road and then keep straight on the dirt road until you reach 2111 and the gate. Just drive very slowly on the dirt road especially at the times when is so dry and hot like now as driving fast gets a lot of dust in...

'We used this house as our home-base for visiting Yosemite this summer. It's a great house with plenty of space and all amenities you need. We loved the fact is has a swimming lake as well. Our start was a bit clumsy since the cleaning lady was not finished with cleaning the house when we arrived and left it unfinished as she needed to fix her broken car. But the overall experience was great. Highly recommended!'

'Physically the property was pretty just like the on line pics. The rooms lacked storage and for the high price no water or tv was provided. The wait staff was slow and lacked training. As an example, was told the restaurant didn’t offer a latte, but I was free to go Nextdoor to their shop, purchase one and bring it back to the restaurant. That makes no sense as a trained professional would have run over, got the drink and added the cost to your bill. The staff was friendly, but lacked the skills...

'Great place to stay. Had everything we needed and more. Only complaint we had were the pillows as they all seemed to be very flat. Having 2 bathrooms were great and the showers were both good. Very family friendly if you have kids. Host very easy to work with and communication was great.'

'Place is decent for a small group. We traveled with 5 adults. Beds upstairs were good. Downstairs pull out was uncomfortable. There is a 50 HOA “parking fee” to get into the property. This is communicated after booking but not before. A little ridiculous because you do not receive anything for this additional cost. It was a good house for our purpose. Some instructions are a little confusing. Fans made noise, at least the ones we could turn on. No remote was found anywhere for the second...
