'Great location, clean, everything we needed. Pleased to have allocated car space. Had an issue with receiving the access codes, which i had to chase up. But, staff were very good and sorted problem straight away. Overall, excellent!. We would stay there again.'

'Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*.'

'Verblijf van vier nachten hebben we er twee gehad met veel geluidsoverlast in het hotel zelf. Hebben niets het idee dat hier goed op gereageerd werd door personeel. ( idee is dat het Engelse waren) Bij vertrek werd ons niet gevraagd of we een aangenaam verblijf hadden gehad. Vonden we toch wat minder gastvrij. '

'The experience was really bad. We booked the place and arrived, but no one answered the door—there was no reception and no instructions on how to get in. We called for nearly an hour before someone finally returned and said they had booked the place. The neighbors were horrible and even came over with a knife, asking why we were there. After an hour of waiting, we finally received a call from the owner, who arranged for us to stay at another property. However, the bed there was so soft it...

'The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our stay as a basis to explore Gloucester and the northern Cotswolds. The docks with a choice of restaurants is in walking distance, parking for the car at the back with easy access. Beds were super comfy. Everything was clean. Perfect. We will be back! '

'Great location and parking (£12.50 a night) one minute walk away from accommodation. Could see issues as you need to download app to add all your details and then email sent separate to complete parking which felt like a chore. Would stay again as felt high end especially the bed but I did stay Sun- Tues so extremely quiet.'
