'We loved the pool '

'We had a lake view in the screened area of the hotel. We were very happy there. It was quiet and serene. Then, the hotel put a group of men right next door to us and we could hear every word that was said. We asked to change rooms and were moved to a balcony room but not a lake view. We were happy with the new room and for the quiet. '
