'There was nobody at the desk when we arrived for check-in. Multiple bell-rings, knocking on the staff door, walking the length of the hotel inside, and then the circumference of the hotel outside yielded zero staff members. It wasn't until I was circling back around the hotel that my partner came outside and said someone finally showed up at the front desk. Absolutely ridiculous. 'Everything was pretty good except for the door would not latch fully. You literally had to lift up for it to latch and be able to lock it. And minor details like a rusty toilet paper holder and cracked light cover in the bathroom. But the view was so worth it. These would have been a bigger issue if the stay would have been longer. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Will be back just because you have water on both sides and it is secluded from the everyday busy bodies.'
