EEN NIEUWE AANMELDING met LITTLE RED aan je achterdeur !!!
Ruime, schattige en onlangs gerenoveerd 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers het hele jaar door vakantiewoning met directe toegang tot The Little Red River. Het huis is volledig uitgerust met wasmachine / droger en heeft volledig ingerichte keuken, handdoeken inbegrepen. Geniet van eersteklas FLY-FISHING op slechts een steenworp afstand van Scroncher Shoals, samen met UITSTEKEND bankieren. Geniet van een vuurplaats om op koele avonden warm te blijven in een ontspannen setting van RIVER VIEW. Parkeren biedt voldoende ruimte voor boten. De toegang tot de bootlift van Barnett ligt op slechts 1,6 km afstand. De jachthaven van Damsite ligt op zes minuten afstand. Uitstekende restaurants op minder dan 1,5 km afstand met de beroemde Cafe Klaser's on the River en Chuck's Fine Dining Restaurant.
Het gebied is een wandelaars verrukking, met vele paden binnen 6 mijl. Probeer Sugarloaf Mountain Trail, Mossy Bluff Buckeye Trail (van het Gardner Visitor Center) en Bridal Falls Trail (Sugarloaf, Mossy Bluff en vermeld als gematigd en Bridal Falls zo gemakkelijk).

As pictured it is on the water. Great facility for the price. In a lovely family compound. Short drive to dinning facilities. Host is excellent, froendly and accommodating. We immediately felt welcome. Treated like family. Our new favorite place in Arkansas!

I travel all over the country with work and stay at a lot of locations and this simply was the most “at home” feeling I have had. Just peaceful and relaxingThe owners are absolutely wonderful. Gorgeous Location - Decent Accommodations

I’ll be honest, I debated between a 4-star and 5-star review, but Deb was so sweet, I just couldn’t give a lower rating. The area is absolutely gorgeous. This is a perfect little fishing trailer. My biggest complaint was the lack of air conditioning in the 2 smaller bedrooms. The trailer does have air conditioning, but it’s not central air - just a window unit in the living room and primary bedroom. There were several fans available that we loaded up in the back bedrooms so that our kids could stay comfortable while they slept. The trailer has lots of amenities and is fully stocked with just about anything you could ask for. It’s clean, but very dated. When I first lay in the bed I thought it was too firm , but I actually slept very well in it. Deb does a great job of communicating and checking in to see if your stay is going well. There are stairs that take you right down to the Little Red River.

Beautiful Property & Wonderful Owner

This place was a great experience for us as a family. There were tons of games inside as well as more games outside. The property is on the Little Red River so you can literally walk down to the river and fish or just enjoy the sounds. There is a firepit along with outdoor lighting so help with night time. Place is just amazing and the owner Mrs Deborah is such a delight and very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone and we will stay here again if available.

Great place to stay

Our host made the stay perfect. Deb made sure we had anything we needed. So peaceful setting around the fire pit with friends. Or setting on the deck watching river flow by. We did get to eat a good brown trout my son caught, and a old friend cooked over the open fire it was delicious. Will definitely try this place again.
