'The property transports you back to the 1920’s as soon as you step in the door. Jill is an excellent host and never let us want for anything. It was fun feeding Dexter and the kitty’s snacks each day. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next visit back east. Looking out at fields with trees and green grass was a welcome change from our home in Arizona.'

'Whole duplex accommodates 6 people but the kitchen. 4 plates, 4 cups and only 2 places to sit at a little table. Overall amazing stay just had to improvise to be able to seat 4 at the table.'

'The property was well situated.It needed a thorough clean throughout. Certain furniture was in such a poor state that the owner decided to replace it. The bathroom was unclean. Water was slow to drain from the bath because the plug hole was blocked through dirt & debris ( photo available) . Several lightbulbs needed replacing but the owners did not come at the time agreed to replace them. The property was not presented for a long stay, no kitchen towels, no spare bedding etc. kitchen utensils,...

'This was my 3rd time renting Cozy Corner. It has all you need for your stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a great park, community pool and Pizza Hut! The host is friendly and quick to respond when needed.'
