'Everything about our stay was wonderful. We were made to feel right at home. Mark and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well cared for and the rooms are comfortable. The common areas are charming and spacious. The restaurant offers great food with generous portions and a nice offering of local and other wines. Mark provided great suggestions for things to do. The ride up the aerial cablecar to Brienzer Rothorn was a highlight, offering exceptional views of...

'Very tasteful and high standard hotel.Staff very friendly, unfortunately quite a lot of traffic noise'

'Cons: the bedsheets were not 'smooth' anymore. They should be renewed. Lots of mosquitoes. No airconditioning, it was warm, could not sleep with door open because of the mosquitoes. When it's colder outside the temperature in the room is acceptable. Pros: Enough free parking. 'Just perfect. '

'Personeel is super service gericht. Locatie is perfect. Parkeer mogelijkheid goed.

'Vriendelijk personeel schone lokatie'

'Great location, good size room, clean. Bit expensive but that is all in Switzerland. '

'The nicest thing about the hotel was the parking garage. The room was very basic, smelling of cigarettes. The breakfast was not good at all, but still 20chf per person. The shower was going from very hot to ice cold without touching the handle. Not a pleasant stay at all!'
